Just IMAGINE this in ERIE paint....
Campbell Hall on Tue July 8, 2008 11am.
The New York & Greenwood Lake Railway purchased ALCo FA-1 616 in 2008, and Norfolk Southern brought it to Campbell Hall, New York for movement to Port Jervis.
Reportedly, the plans to paint it into ERIE livery for a dinner train fell through, and it was quickly returned to NYGL's interchange at Garfield, New Jersey and moved to their Dundee Yard in Passaic, where it has been for the past 6 years.
The NYGL 7375 has quite a history serving many different railroads and purposes:
-"Trains Touristiques de Chaudière-Appalaches" 616 operated on the
Québec Central Railway.
-Long Island Railroad 616 (Powerpack)
