Rafting the Delaware with the New York & Greenwood Lake

Rafting the Delaware with the New York & Greenwood Lake

7 years ago on a Thursday....

The New York & Greenwood Lake Railway is returning from Lackawaxen, Pennsylvania (Milepost 110.2) following a meeting there, to Port Jervis, New York for the Port Jervis Centennial Celebration. (Milepost 87.2)

Rafters wave at the NYGL Special as it crosses the Delaware River over Mill Rift Bridge from Mill Rift, Pike County, Pennsylvania to Sparrowbush, Orange County, New York. (Milepost 90.8)

The train is operating with a New York, Susquehanna & Western Railway crew on the Central New York Railroad on a gorgeous Thursday July 26, 2007 with NYGL GP9 1268, NYGL RS3 935, and coaches "Chestnut Hill" and NYGL 3 "Pride of the Delaware".
