The Suffern Industrial begins in Suffern at the junction with The Main Line, and heads east to Tallman.
Current operations terminate at Tallman, though the former ERIE track once connected to Spring Valley through Monsey.
There are two customers, Dykes Lumber at Tallman, and Manhattan Beer in Airmont.
