On February 22, 2013, Pan-Am Southern train PL-1 made a rare appearance in Seymour, CT to drop empty KRL flat car 50801 for Kerite Company, makers of the best cables in the world.

MEC 351 heads to the derail, and the switch respectively, as three fellow railfans watch from atop The Seymour Wooden Pedestrian Bridge , a beautiful wooden overpass connecting Main Street with Humphrey Street.
