Erie Harlem Station

CSX Transportation brings an EXTREMELY rare daylight rail train passing The UniverSoul Circus located at the former ERIE Harlem Station from March 30-April 10, 2016.

This is the former site of the Erie Harlem Station, which closed in 1969. This was the northernmost of 4 float bridges each operated by the L.V, D.L.&W., and the C.N.J., and was the most modern. The facility at one time had 12 employees, and 10 tracks that could hold 55 cars.

The 30 ton capacity electric gantry crane is all that remains in 2016. The Genset is roughly in the same spot that the float bridge once stood.
