The Virginian Norfolk Southern heritage unit made its first appearance on the CSX River Sub through the Hudson Valley of New York on Saturday, October 19, 2013.
This was only the second NS heritage unit to visit the CSX River Sub, the first being the Interstate.
Railfans came from as far away as Pittsburgh to capture this rare event.
